Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We may also offer Free Shipping promotions on selected products or during special campaigns.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details may be provided via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where available).
